Texas Chainsaw 3D (2013) – Review

Alexandra Daddario is quite good in the lead, and there are moments where you do think, however briefly, it might begin to pick up.  But this is yet another misjudged sequel to Tobe Hooper’s classic that sacrifices genuine scares for bucket-loads of gore, and brings nothing new to the table other than nonsensical plot turns and the most utterly worthless use of 3D I’ve ever seen.
